Jason Saggo first came to Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket as an inexperienced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt with zero professional experience in 2007.
Working along side Professor Elbe, Saggo competed in Submission Grappling, Muay Thai, and several Amateur BBQ Beatdown fights during his first trip to Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket.
Fastforward 5 years, and several return trips to Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket, and Jason Saggo is now considered one of the top Lightweight prospects not currently signed to the UFC.
6-1 as a professional in MMA, Saggo is now a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt with professional experience competing in Muay Thai. Staying 3 months during this training trip to Thailand, Saggo is already considering a possible drop to the Featherweight division, and is actively looking to sign a fight contract with a major MMA promotion.
