“I came to Tiger Muay Thai in mid June, with the goal to get fitter, be more athletic and build an athletic physique. When I arrived I learned coach Jay Patto was a coach that could help guide me with my training and nutrition to reach my goals. Three months later it’s safe to safe those goals were met!
Jay is a world class coach, he has helped me every step of the way, answered any questions I had, tweaked my nutrition if I wasn’t happy with anything, and helped structure my training so I didn’t burn out.
