A look at the Wednesday morning “Tabata Crush” Ambush class here at Tiger Muay Thai.
Led by Coach Tommee, these classes focus on high intensity intervals to improve cardiovascular conditioning and burn a large amount of calories!
Our Ambush classes run Monday-Friday at 7:30am, with interval training sessions every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, the Big Buddha Run on Tuesdays, and a Beach Bootcamp session on Thursdays.
