This is an intense class, using training methods to increase strength, speed, power, endurance and energy system conditioning, with the aim to prepare the participants for the physical demands that combat sports (MMA, Muay Thai, Brazilian-JiuJitsu, Wrestling and Western Boxing) place upon its athletes.
Combat S & C take place every Monday to Friday morning at 9:30am. Come train with us!
