New “Strongman” class added to our class schedule here at Tiger Muay Thai!
On Saturday’s at 10:30am we will now be holding Strongman classes in our fitness area, alternating between Strength and Endurance workouts each week. Strongman Strength is a workout where we test our strength to our limits, it’s a combination of functional movement patterns such as pushing, pulling, pressing, carrying, and static holds. We’re moving and holding heavy objects/gym equipment, our goal is to become stronger overall.
Strongman Endurance is a workout where we test our physical limits and improve cardiovascular performance. It’s a combination of cardio-based movements using body weight, machines, and other gym equipment/accessories. Our goal is to increase our aerobic endurance capabilities.
