As of tomorrow (March 1st) we are further re-expanding our schedule, adding back our Muay Boran (traditional Thai unarmed martial art) and Krabi Krabong (Thai sword fighting) classes with trainers Kru Oh and Chris Lawrence, and morning yoga with Jaroon Kaewklum.
Muay Boran classes will be running Tuesday and Thursday at 12pm, Krabi Krabong classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12pm, and yoga classes will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am.
