HardCORE and The GRIND are back on the schedule from today!
The popular HIIT “Grind” and core training “HardCore” classes are back, with Grind classes taking place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2pm, and HardCore classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 2pm.
The Grind class utilizes HIIT training protocols to provide a short and sharp, full body session to improve stamina, muscular endurance, fat burning potential, and energy system conditioning.
The HardCore class targets the musculature of the core, which provide stabilization of the pelvis and spine through internal and external loading.
Come give these classes a try this week!
